Duties
Reporting to the Sales Manager(s), the Marketing & Sales Assistant provides support to the Sales Management team in a variety of areas that support the effective running of the dealership. Duties can include, among other things:
Location: To be determined (within Halifax/Dartmouth) 40+ hours (shifts can include evening and weekends)

Reporting to the Sales Manager(s), the Marketing & Sales Assistant provides support to the Sales Management team in a variety of areas that support the effective running of the dealership. Duties can include, among other things:
- Assisting in securing financing for customers.
- Administering customer financing processes.
- Creating and web publishing of used car descriptions.
- Contacting current and past customers for various initiatives.
- Printing and posting marketing materials, including hanging tags in vehicles.
- Monitoring, tracking and reporting on customer service surveys.
- Creating various sales reports, capturing data from multiple users.
- Driving vehicles for various purposes.
- Strong organizational, administrative and time management skills
- Strong communications skills
- Sales ability and customer service skills
- Finance experience or training
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive standard shift vehicles
