Supply Chain Senior Associate
Location: Onsite - New Albany, OH
Employment Type: Contingent Worker (Contract, W2 only, no C2C)
Contract Length: 12 months (possible extension)
Compensation: $27–$30 per hour (based on experience)
Summary of the Role
Join a global biotech organization supporting GD America’s Hub distribution and compliance operations. This role focuses on executing GDP/GMP processes, managing distribution activities, and supporting cross-functional supply chain initiatives. The Supply Chain Sr. Associate will contribute to operational excellence, process improvement, and regulatory compliance within a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and improve GD America’s Hub business processes
- Execute GDP/GMP operations and manage distribution schedules
- Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate courier bookings
- Track and report on distribution budgets and key performance indicators
- Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, and business documentation
- Support compliance activities, root cause investigations, CAPAs, and change controls
- Participate in cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives
- Conduct training and represent the team in operational meetings
- Provide reporting and analysis to support business decisions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and matrixed teams
Qualifications
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, or distribution operations
- Experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or regulated environments preferred
- SAP experience required
- Knowledge of GDP, GMP, and SOP execution
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with reporting, documentation, and process improvement
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire, or related tools preferred

- GMP or GDP operations experience
- SOP execution and compliance experience
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Support daily distribution and supply chain operations
- Manage outbound and inbound distribution schedules
- Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate logistics activities
- Track KPIs, budgets, and operational metrics
- Develop SOPs, training materials, and process documentation
- Participate in cross-functional projects and operational meetings
- Support deviations, CAPAs, and change control activities
- Collaborate with teams to improve business processes and compliance
