Purpose:
While projecting a professional image, conduct escrow analysis processing including reviewing loans for overages and shortages. Research and document exception reports and escalate to management outstanding items extending beyond aging tolerance requirements. Refund overage checks and match and mail the checks.

While projecting a professional image, conduct escrow analysis processing including reviewing loans for overages and shortages. Research and document exception reports and escalate to management outstanding items extending beyond aging tolerance requirements. Refund overage checks and match and mail the checks.
Essential Functions
- New loan reconciliation for escrow accuracy
- Pay insurance and mortgage taxes
- Process new and renewed notes and credit cards
- Process payments and advances on loans and credit cards
- Reports aging credit cards to relationship managers
- Manages credit card dispute resolutions and replacement cards
- Post manual loan transactions and loan reversals
- Responsible for loan maintenance and research items
- Review loan reports for accuracy
- Provide assistance to bankers for loan payment issues and questions
- Provide assistance with other functions of Loan Accounting as needed
- Support team environment to ensure day-to-day functions of Loan Servicing
- Other duties, as assigned.
- High school diploma, or a GED equivalent required
- 2 years loan servicing experience preferred
- Good knowledge of loan accounting and loan documents
