Job Purpose


The Senior Leasing Specialist is responsible for maximizing occupancy, revenue, and tenant mix across Al Khozama Investment’s real estate portfolio, including commercial, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use assets. The role leads leasing strategy execution, negotiates complex lease transactions, builds strong tenant relationships, and supports long-term asset value enhancement through proactive market positioning and performance optimization.


Key Responsibilities


Leasing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement leasing plans aligned with asset business plans and revenue targets.
  • Identify, target, and secure high-quality tenants to enhance tenant mix and asset performance.
  • Manage the full leasing cycle: prospecting, marketing, negotiations, documentation, and handover.
  • Maintain optimal occupancy levels and minimize vacancy periods.

Negotiations & Transactions

  • Lead lease negotiations including commercial terms, renewals, expansions, and restructures.
  • Prepare financial proposals, rental analysis, and deal structures to maximize NOI and ROI.
  • Coordinate with legal teams on lease drafting and compliance with company policies.

Tenant Relations & Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants.
  • Manage renewals, retention strategies, and tenant satisfaction initiatives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing and positioning strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, demand shifts, and competitor activity.
  • Prepare leasing reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for management.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with Asset Management, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Property Management teams.
  • Support marketing campaigns, property launches, and promotional initiatives.
  • Participate in budgeting and revenue planning processes.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure accurate documentation of all leasing activities in CRM/ERP systems.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, legal standards, and local regulations.

Qualification and Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.


  • 6–10+ years of commercial/retail leasing experience, preferably within mixed-use or hospitality portfolios.


  • Strong understanding of lease structures, financial modeling, and property valuation concepts.


  • Proven track record of closing complex leasing transactions and meeting revenue targets.


  • Fluency in both Arabic and English Languages
