Responsible for all administrative and clerical activities to support the Adult Day Program.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean safe office space and various program records.
- Work closely with the social service team to obtain service authorizations, complete and distribute annual program plans, and conduct data entry needs.
- Work closely with other adult services team members to complete therapy documentation, maintain program attendance and meal records & billing, lead arrival and dismissal of day program participants, provide support in finding sub coverage for classrooms as needed, and a variety of other important office and program tasks.
- Provide support to front desk reception and as needed for sub coverage.
- Display excellent organization & problem solving skills as well as outstanding communication & customer service skills.

- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must successfully complete required screening: Level II background check, physical and drug screen
- Prior experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
- You’re someone who enjoys working and communicating with others.
- Working knowledge of Outlook and MS Office required-Excel/Word/Outlook.
