About The Role
AgriJoy is looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Project Advisor to support and guide agricultural projects, particularly in modern and high-value farming systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and a strong understanding of protected cultivation and allied sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical guidance on polyhouse farming, hydroponics, mushroom cultivation, and floriculture
Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of agricultural projects

Support farmers/clients with best practices, troubleshooting, and productivity improvement
Conduct site visits and evaluate project performance
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation
Prepare reports, documentation, and advisory plans
Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in agri-tech and controlled environment farming
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in:
Polyhouse farming
Hydroponics
Mushroom cultivation
Floriculture or related sectors
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or a related field
Strong practical knowledge and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Willingness to travel for field visits
Preferred Skills
Understanding of modern irrigation and fertigation systems
Experience with farm advisory or agri-project management
Ability to work in a startup/fast-paced environment
