We are hiring a Salesforce ServiceMax Business Analyst to drive digital transformation initiatives across service operations. This role involves working on end-to-end service lifecycle processes and collaborating with global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a solution expert for ServiceMax and Salesforce-based service platforms
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional solutions
- Manage end-to-end service processes including:
- Service Sales & Customer Support
- Service Contracts & Offer Management
- Work Order Management, Dispatching & Scheduling
- Ensure seamless integration with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle)
- Support continuous improvement and system enhancements
- Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in ServiceMax (Mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform
- Experience in Business Analysis within service domain
- Knowledge of Field Service Management processes
- Exposure to ERP integrations (SAP / Oracle)
