- Sie planen und optimieren Prozesse, Arbeitsabläufe, Arbeitsplätze und Fertigungsdokumente unter Berücksichtigung von LEAN-, SMED-, 5S- und KVP-Gesichtspunkten
- Sie sind für die Umsetzung, die Kontrolle und das Nachhalten der definierten Optimierungsmaßnahmen zuständig
- Sie unterstützen methodisch bei der Erstellung von Materialfluss- und Wertstromanalysen
- Sie erstellen Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen, Arbeits-und Zeitstudien und erarbeiten Investitionsanträge
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder Technikerausbildung mit Focus auf die Bereiche Prozesstechnik, Produktionstechnik, Maschinenbau o.ä. und erste Erfahrungen mit Automatisierung, Prozessoptimierung, LEAN-Engineering.
- Sie bringen wünschenswerterweise Methodenkompetenzen im LEAN-Management oder in der Digitalisierung beziehungsweise datengetriebenen Prozessverbesserung mit.
- Sie besitzen eine analytische Denkweise.
- Sie sind hochmotiviert und organisieren und managen ihre Aufgaben selbstständig
