Requirements:
- Significant experience in recruitment within a global tech company or a fast-scaling startup.
- Proven track record of successfully hiring for both technical and non-technical (Marketing, Sales, Product) roles.
- Ability to "speak the language" of the business and provide strategic consulting to senior stakeholders.
- Experience leading recruitment-related projects.
- Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew.
- A proactive, "get-things-done" approach with the ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities.
