
AMAREL is looking for an Operations Coordinator to support and manage operational processes within the solar energy field.
This role is responsible for coordinating projects from planning through execution, working closely with clients, contractors, and field teams. The position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a proactive operational mindset.
Location: Tel Aviv
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate operational activities across solar energy projects
- Handle urgent operational tasks and provide real-time solutions
- Prepare and issue price quotes to clients
- Coordinate work with contractors and external vendors
- Build and manage technicians’ field schedules
- Maintain ongoing communication with field teams and provide operational support
- Manage billing processes and track operational workflows
- Monitor project progress and identify opportunities for process improvement
Requirements:
- Experience in operations roles and managing complex processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
- Strong organizational and task management skills
- High level of ownership and ability to drive processes forward
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Proactive approach and strong problem-solving abilities
