Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted partner to executive leadership, translating complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.

Work Arrangements

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong track record in developing and executing enterprise and solution architecture strategies.
  • Demonstrable leadership skills with a focus on inspiring teams, driving change, and developing talent.
  • Extensive knowledge of modern technology platforms, cloud solutions, data & AI, and security best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives and external partners.
  • Experience working within an Agile environment, promoting innovative ways of working.
  • A strategic thinker with a customer-focused mindset, committed to delivering measurable business value.
