In this role, within our Quality Service Improvement & Safety (QSIS) team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering change management, communication, and training strategies to support the successful, ongoing adoption of change across our Services Directorate. The changes will primarily come from a diverse range of strategic projects that form LSA Elevate. LSA Elevate is a strategic program of work endorsed by our board to enhance our existing Person-Centred Service Delivery Model that will lead to improved outcomes for Lifetime Support Scheme (LSS) participants.
You will provide strategic leadership in preparing and supporting staff through ongoing transition, ensuring required changes are effectively embedded in daily operations and aligned with business needs. You will also play a crucial role in supporting a focus on continuous improvement in a wide range of business processes.

The Lifetime Support Authority (LSA) delivers the Lifetime Support Scheme (LSS) which funds necessary and reasonable treatment, care and support for people who sustain serious injuries in a motor vehicle accident on South Australian roads, regardless of fault.

The Experience We Are Looking For...
To be successful in our position you will have:
- Demonstrated experience leading change management initiatives within complex projects.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cultural change and build readiness for transformation across diverse teams, including senior leaders and external stakeholders.
- Strong understanding and practical application of change management methodologies (e.g. PROSCI, ADKAR) to drive adoption and manage stakeholder impacts.
- Proven ability to design and implement training programs, including training needs analysis, content development, delivery coordination, and evaluation.
- Experience developing and executing internal communication strategies that are fit-for purpose and tailored to a range of stakeholder needs.
