Role Title: Channel Partner Compensation Senior Specialist
Reporting to: Commercial and Business Product Senior Manager
Division: B2B & Wholesales

B. CONTEXT
Purpose:
The Indirect Channel Ops – FTTH & B2B role is a local commercial position, managing and working with Network Partners/ Channel Partners at Operations level for monitoring and processing performance and payments accurately and timely in company's best interests. The role also requires having strong cross functional working.
This role will manage Network Partners payouts, Channel Partners payouts, Employees SIP payouts on time, following up with different stake holders and cross functional teams for necessary approvals as per defined process thus meeting organization goals
Context:
Accurate and timely payment is a key to any partnership and this impacts organization reputation and image in the market. Since this involves Money, it is extremely critical role which cannot afford any errors. Any error can impact partners' dissatisfaction on U9 loss either way.

Network Partner Payment Management
Interacts with: (who else do they interact with and at what level and for what purpose Internally & Externally)
Internal: Cross functional – Sales, Finance, Marketing, Operations (CE) (These are important internal functions where this role has to be interacted frequently to get the things done for the team.
External: operation level with Network partner, Channel Partner
Decision Making: Basis the Process, contract terms & conditions, business requirements it requires to take conscious business calls without delays

C. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Essential Job Functions
Network Partner Payment Management
- Network partner payout calculation as per contract terms
- Check with Finance Revenue Accounting for validation and Agree with Network Partners on calculation and Raise RFP
- Coordinate with all stakeholders for timely approval and payment
- Sales Channel Partner (Mobile) Payout Management for B2B and FTTH
- Check with BI Team for all monthly B2B Payment related report
- Raise PR, issue GR, check and approve RPFs for all B2B Fixed Line Vendor Payout
- Check with Finance Revenue Accounting team and raise RFP for Bulk SMS Vendor Payment
- Sales Promoters (DSE) salary and incentive calculation validation
- Follow up with Manpower agency for Timely payout of DSE salary and incentive
- Raise PR for FTTH DSE Salary and Incentive payment to Agency and communicate with Procurement for PO issue
- SIP calculation and Payout for FTTH & B2B Teams
- Sales cost Provision calculation for FTTH and B2B and check with Finance
- Track Sales Cost Budget vs actuals and flash monthly report
- Attend meetings as requested by management for carrying out assigned Tasks.
- Other tasks requested by management that are reasonable and appropriate.
- Network partners' payment calculation & processing on Time
- Channel Partners payment calculation & processing on Time
- SIP Calculation on time
- DSE Salary and Incentive Calculation and Processing on time
- Track Actual cost vs Budget and report to management

F. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge
- Previous experience – min 2 years as a similar role.
- Financial processes.
- Excellent cross Functional Engagement
- Aggressive and result oriented
- Very Good in communication – able to communicate with Internal and External stake holders effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and working knowledge of ERP
