What will you do?

  • Planning, coordinating, and supervising office-related tasks with a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and timeliness in all duties.
  • Manage meeting room and Boardroom availability including allocation of space and equipment.
  • Managing office records, coordinatingoordinate courier deliveries, accepting and distributing mail
  • Arrange office refreshments and/or catering as required.
  • Provide administrative support for visiting Asuria employees and coordinating personnel activities as required.
  • Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained.
  • Liaise with the Building Manager for any office maintenance or service requirements.
  • Liaise with the Property Manager to maintain the office key register and visitor register.
  • Ensure the company’s Work Health Safety guidelines are followed


Who are you?

We are looking for skills, qualifications and experience such as:

  • Diploma plus at least one year of relevant work experience or at least three years of relevant work experience.
  • Attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience working with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees, clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively and independently.
  • Strong service mentality with diplomacy and confidentiality.

A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.
