*** Applications will only be accepted if submitted online at https://www.atlasdevshop.com/careers ***

ABOUT THE POSITION
  • You will deliver Salesforce solutions for our clients, from requirements gathering through implementation and deployment.

  • You will implement declaratively first, and use Apex, LWC, and integrations when declarative tools are insufficient.
  • Position is a CDI contract.
  • "In office" hours are 10:00 to 18:00.
  • Full remote every Wednesday and Friday (this is NOT a fully remote position).
  • All internal and client meetings are conducted in English.
  • Company covers Salesforce certification costs.
  • Office is in Rabat.
  • Company website: https://www.atlasdevshop.com/
REQUIREMENTS

Experience

  • 2 to 3 years delivering Salesforce solutions for real clients, from gathering business requirements through implementation and deployment.
  • Strong grasp of the Salesforce data model: standard and custom objects, relationships (lookup and master-detail), and schema design trade-offs.
  • Solid understanding of the sharing and security model (profiles, permission sets, organization-wide defaults, sharing rules, role hierarchy), with the ability to design for it rather than work around it.
  • Sound judgment on tool selection: Flow versus Apex trigger, batch versus queueable versus scheduled jobs, validation rule versus Apex.
  • Production delivery experience across multiple clients or implementations.

Technical

  • Familiar with Clean Apex Code and the concepts described at https://www.awaf.dev/about.html (separation of concerns, service layer, selectors, unit of work, testable code).
  • Applies clear and consistent naming conventions across classes, methods, variables, and metadata; treats naming as part of the design.
  • Writes Apex test classes with meaningful assertions, focused on behavior rather than coverage padding.

Consulting Skills (the bar that matters most)

  • Strong spoken and written English. All interviews, internal calls, and client meetings are in English.
  • Comfortable on client calls: asks clarifying questions, takes ownership of solution design, and explains trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Pushes back when a requirement is unclear or incorrect.
  • Detail oriented, organized, and proactive in communicating blockers.

BONUS POINTS FOR
  • Hands-on experience with Nonprofit Cloud (NPC) or Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP).
