Position Overview:
As a Caregiver, you'll provide essential support to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being through personalized care and assistance with daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Maintain client safety through regular wellness checks and environmental monitoring
- Prepare nutritious meals and ensure proper hydration
- Assist with medication reminders and compliance
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe living environment
- Change dressings and assist with basic medical care as directed
- Engage clients in social and recreational activities to support mental well-being
- Document and report changes in client condition to healthcare team
- Adapt care approaches to various living conditions and client needs
- Preferred 1 year of caregiving experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to assist clients with mobility
- Dependable with excellent time management skills
- Must know Sign Language
- Position Type; Part-time position available
- Compensation: Starting at $12.75 per hour
- Hours: Flexible schedules, 23.25 Hours per week
- Shifts: 4, 6, or 8 hour shifts available
