Role Overview

The role is responsible for carrying out assigned maintenance and technical tasks, ensuring they are completed on time, safely, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily maintenance tasks as instructed, ensuring completion within agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Report faults, follow up on corrective actions, and accurately document completed maintenance activities.
• Participate in scheduled preventive maintenance activities.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure safe working practices at all times.
• Prepare maintenance requests and identify required materials to support work continuity.
• Perform building maintenance activities, including minor repairs and emergency support when required.
• Coordinate and follow up with service providers on assigned maintenance works to ensure completion in line with agreed standards.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams and external support when needed, and report progress accordingly.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
2. Professional engineering registration or relevant technical certification is preferred.
3. Knowledge of facilities management, building systems, and maintenance standards is preferred.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in facilities maintenance, building operations, or technical engineering support.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and building systems.
• Ability to coordinate maintenance activities with contractors, service providers, and internal teams.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and facility operation standards.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance reporting systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergency situations when required.
• Arabic and English communication skills are preferred.
