
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The Business Development Manager – Channel Sales will be responsible for expanding and activating ARADA’s broker network by onboarding high-quality real estate agencies and driving sales through these partnerships. The role focuses on building strong relationships, enabling agency performance, and maximizing conversion through structured engagement and market-driven initiatives.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Business Development Manager – Channel Sales will be responsible for expanding and activating ARADA’s broker network by onboarding high-quality real estate agencies and driving sales through these partnerships. The role focuses on building strong relationships, enabling agency performance, and maximizing conversion through structured engagement and market-driven initiatives.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify, onboard, and manage a network of local and international real estate agencies to drive sales growth
- Develop and execute strategies to activate channel partners and increase productivity
- Build strong relationships with brokers, agency owners, and sales teams to ensure consistent engagement
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and training sessions on ARADA projects, value propositions, and market positioning
- Drive lead generation and deal conversion through channel partners
- Organize and support broker events, roadshows, open houses, and international activations
- Monitor partner performance through KPIs and ensure alignment with sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of agency relationships, deals, and pipeline using CRM systems
- Collaborate with Marketing to support campaigns targeting broker networks
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to position ARADA effectively
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads, commissions, and partner queries
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in real estate channel sales / business development (UAE experience preferred)
- Proven track record in agency acquisition and broker network management
- Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and broker ecosystem
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
