We’re Hiring: Data Analyst

Experience: 2–6 Years

We are hiring a Data Analyst for a high-growth, tech-enabled NBFC backed by a global financial services group. The organization is focused on scaling credit access across underserved segments using data-driven lending and advanced analytics.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a Data Steward, managing and governing data assets
• Design refined datasets for BI and semantic layers
• Build automated, self-service dashboards (Tableau / Power BI / Looker)
• Partner with product & business teams to define KPIs and metrics
• Perform deep-dive quantitative and statistical analyses
• Translate complex data into actionable insights
• Monitor feature performance and recommend iterations
• Influence data-driven decision-making across teams

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree from top-tier institutes (IIT / IIIT / NIT / BITS)
• 1–4 years of experience in data analytics (internet / tech-first companies preferred)
• Strong SQL and hands-on BI tool experience
• Proficiency in Python / R / Spark / SAS / SPSS
• Strong understanding of statistics, experimentation & modeling
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Exposure to Fintech / Digital Lending and Databricks is a plus
