The Role
Automate Accounts (https://www.automateaccounts.com/) are looking for a Zoho Developer – Team Lead to lead Zoho development, customization, automation, and integration projects across the Zoho ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Zoho development and implementation activities.
- Customize Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, Flow, and related Zoho apps.
- Build workflows, custom functions, automations, reports, and dashboards.
- Develop and maintain Deluge scripts and API integrations.
- Guide junior developers, review work, and ensure best practices.
- Work with business teams to convert requirements into scalable Zoho solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize existing Zoho setups.
- Maintain clear documentation for customizations and integrations.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Deluge scripting
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, JSON, OAuth, and third-party integrations
- Ability to design scalable workflows and automations
- Team leadership, mentoring, and task management experience
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work 2:30pm IST - 11:30pm IST
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Zoho development experience
- Experience leading Zoho implementation projects
- Knowledge of sales, finance, support, operations, and project workflows
- Zoho certifications are a plus
