The role focuses on leading and coordinating test management activities across the automation lifecycle while ensuring quality, compliance, and effective collaboration across delivery streams.
Role Insights
- Manage test planning, execution, and reporting for projects across the automation lifecycle.
- Ensure proper test data availability, access rights, and permissions for testing activities.
- Maintain alignment with our Jira workflow (Potentials → Epics → US → Subtasks → Defects) and support KPI tracking.
- Support and coach team members on testing best practices, tools, and standards.
- Ensure compliance with audit and quality requirements (e.g., SOX, internal policies).
- Collaborate with the Discovery and Delivery streams to ensure test coverage for MVPs, migrations, and optimization efforts.
- Proven experience in test management, ideally within automation or software development teams.
- Experience with test data operations, permission handling, and integration testing.
- Hands-on experience with Jira/Confluence or similar project management tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- University degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Fluency in English (German is a plus).
