Key Responsibilities

Product Development

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements
• Create and maintain product roadmaps
• Lead product development from concept to launch
  
  

Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
• Translate insights into product improvements and strategy
  
  

Product Strategy

• Assist in defining and executing product strategies aligned with business goals
• Set, track, and measure product KPIs
  
  

Product Lifecycle Management

• Manage the complete product lifecycle: planning, development, launch, and optimization
  
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support teams
• Ensure alignment between product objectives and company goals
  
  

Quality Assurance & Customer Feedback

• Define and monitor product quality standards
• Collect, analyze, and act on customer feedback to enhance product performance
  
  

Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare regular product performance reports
• Analyze key metrics and provide data-driven recommendations
  
  

Product Focus Area

• LMS Product – Business Loan
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
• 2–4 years of experience in product management or related roles
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Working knowledge of SQL and Python
• Proven track record of successful product development and launch
• Experience in Fintech / Lending / BFSI is a plus
