Allwyn is looking for an IFRS & Consolidation Specialist to join our Finance team. We are seeking a motivated team player who is eager to deepen their knowledge in IFRS and consolidation. We are looking for someone who can handle both routine and non‑routine tasks, is proactive, responsible, and excited to become part of a strong professional team. What will you do:

  • Collecting, reviewing, and processing data for group consolidation
  • Supporting group companies in the application of IFRS and internal reporting guidelines
  • Assisting in the preparation of quarterly and annual IFRS consolidations for the relevant sub‑group
  • Processing selected accounting areas under IFRS (e.g., leases, revenue recognition, provisions)
  • Participating in IFRS team discussions and brainstorming on accounting topics
  • Supporting updates of the consolidation system and internal reporting processes
  • Assisting in the preparation of consolidated IFRS financial statements and accompanying reports
  • Incorporating comments and feedback into external reports
  • Cooperating with external auditors
  • Preparing analyses and reports as required by the group
  • Participating in team planning and timeline coordination


What do you need to succeed?

  • Approximately 3+ years of experience in audit, financial reporting, or accounting
  • Background from Big4 (audit or advisory) is a strong advantage
  • University degree in finance, accounting, or economics
  • English at B2 level (comfortable spoken and written communication)
  • Czech language proficiency for everyday communication within the team and with local entities
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Basic understanding of IFRS principles and willingness to develop deeper expertise
  • Strong analytical skills, reliability, and a team‑oriented mindset

Advantages:

  • Experience with group consolidation or IFRS reporting
  • Knowledge of SAP BPC, OneStream, Tagetik, or similar systems
  • Advanced Excel skills (automation, macros, working with larger datasets)
