Working alongside our experienced Enterprise team, your role will be to support our key account clients in booking their events, from the initial briefing to the signing of the contract, as well as in the deployment of our solution.
You will play a key role... 🔑 that of converting a lead into a satisfied and loyal customer. To achieve this, you will need to understand the specific needs of customers, establish transparent and trusting relationships, facilitate their progress through the sales cycle and support them until the deals are closed 💪 Rigorous and personalised follow-up is essential in managing requests.
You will also contribute to the development of your dedicated portfolio by carrying out sales and communication activities to promote our offer to bookers and build their loyalty.
During this exciting adventure, you will be entrusted with the following tasks:
Supporting customers to meet their needs for seminars, team trips and corporate events
Qualifying and processing leads, from briefings to closing, via our platform
Carry out targeted commercial actions to develop our offering within the account assigned to you
Work towards achieving individual and collective objectives
Propose improvements to internal processes and tools
Be proactive in proposing actions to roll out our offering
Participate in strategic discussions about Naboo
You're the ideal candidate if:
You're a native Polish speaker with a thorough knowledge of the Polish corporate market (business culture, key players, events landscape)
You have experience working with Polish clients in the hospitality, events, or MICE sector
You have previous experience as an Account Manager, ideally in hospitality or events
You have a strong service mindset, and you're both reactive and well-organised
You speak Polish natively and are fluent in English. Depending on your location:
Based in Hamburg: fluent German is required
Based in Paris: fluent English is sufficient — additional languages are always a plus 🌍
