We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Branch Assistant to join our successful team at Tradelink Cameron Park. Be part of a business that prides itself on delivering quality products and outstanding service.

About The Role

As a Branch Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for retail and trade customers, guiding them through product selections, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring they receive top-notch service. This varied role involves customer engagement, coordinating logistics and dispatch, providing sales support, and building strong customer relationships.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service to both retail and trade customers, guiding them to the right products and solutions.
  • Provide a premium customer experience with every delivery, representing the brand with professionalism and care (same-day, local deliveries and return runs).
  • Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch orders.
  • Manage sales transactions, prepare quotes, and proactively follow up with customers to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Maintain stock accuracy through cycle counts, inventory control, and keeping the branch clean, organised and efficient.

What you’ll need to succeed:

You’re a Team Player With a Can-do Attitude, Who’s Not Afraid To Roll Up Your Sleeves. You’ll Bring

  • Licences: A car licence is required, a forklift licence is preferred.
  • Physical fitness: You’ll be on your feet, lifting and unloading orders throughout the day.
  • Industry Experience: Plumbing industry experience or knowledge of plumbing products or wholesale/trade sales experience would be highly beneficial.
  • Driving/Warehouse Experience: You will have experience working in a similar environment.
  • Team Player Attitude: We value hard-working, adaptable team members who contribute to a positive work culture.
  • Strong Communication: You’ll be working closely with experienced tradespeople who expect efficient, knowledgeable service.
  • Australian Working Rights: A citizen or permanent resident of Australia or New Zealand. (Sponsorship is not offered for this position)
