Success Criteria

You Are Successful In This Role When You

  • Make customers genuinely happy through excellent service
  • Expand our customer base with relevant new accounts
  • Grow our revenue and customer happiness at the same time

Your Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Operations

  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide pricing and lead times
  • Ensure every delivery meets or exceeds customer expectations
  • Process orders accurately with all necessary details in our systems
  • Handle transport-related claims and dispute resolutions

Customer Care & Growth

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Identify and onboard new potential customers
  • Proactively communicate with customers in case of issues or delays — always with solutions in hand
  • Manage and nurture our customer network
  • Keep sales on track — even under pressure

Collaboration

  • Work cross-functionally with taskforce, operations, transport teams, and product
  • Provide feedback to improve workflows and platform performance

What You Bring

  • Experience in account management, business development, customer success, or similar
  • Strong communication skills — confident in person, on the phone, and over email
  • A proactive, commercial, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to thrive with autonomy and high ownership
  • Professionalism, structure, and attention to detail
  • Fluency in French (other languages are a strong plus)
