Administrative / Clerical

You are the perfect match for this position if you have administrative experience, sales experience, and a desire to succeed. The Administrative Assistant provides support to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing.

Pay: $63,730 annual salary based on experience

Location: The position is located in Blue Bell, PA.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9AM to 5PM (Full Time)

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Invoice customers, respond to customer inquiries, issues, etc.;
  • Retain current clients by maintaining excellent customer service;
  • Create proposals for potential customers and new sales opportunities;
  • Conduct a high volume of outbound/inbound calls, and emails; B2B outbound calls.
  • Prepare sales activity reports as required, including exporting reports from Salesforce.
  • Enter, update, and maintain account and contact data in Salesforce CRM.
  • Assist with basic marketing activities such as email campaigns and updating marketing lists in Salesforce.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to pass background proceedings;
  • Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software; Salesforce CRM experience required;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent required;
  • Proficiency in computer software applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); Outlook for calendar meetings, events, etc.
