  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in performance measurement and risk attribution.
  • In-depth expertise in performance measurement methodologies, combined with awareness of internal and external reporting developments.
  • Broad knowledge of major financial instruments, enabling quantitative analysis at total portfolio level.
  • Strong digital skills, including the ability to drive innovation in performance measurement products and translate ideas into implemented solutions using tools such as Python, Alteryx or Qlik.
  • Experience with, and knowledge of, applying AI in a performance measurement context.
  • A strong analytical mindset and proven ability to innovate and drive change.
  • Proactive team player with a cando mentality and experience in guiding colleagues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Dutch and English.
  • Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including senior management, where interests may differ.

What We Offer You

  • Competitive salary in scale 11 (6.153 -8.790 Euro), based on a 40-hour workweek, alongside attractive employment terms focusing on flexibility;
  • A guaranteed end of year bonus of 8.33%
