Production Manager

Autoneum is globally leading in acoustic and thermal management for light and commercial vehicles. The Company develops and produces multifunctional, lightweight and sustainable components and systems for interior floor, interior trim as well as engine bay and underbody. Customers include almost all automobile manufacturers in Europe, North & South America, Asia and Africa. • manage and coordinate production processes in line with the production plan
• ensure production targets are met in terms of quantity, quality, and deadlines
• lead, motivate, and develop a team of production employees
• optimize production processes and maximize equipment efficiency
• ensure compliance with internal procedures and operational standards
• cooperate with Quality, Maintenance, HR, and HSE departments
• oversee compliance with health & safety, fire protection, and environmental regulations
• resolve operational issues and ensure continuous production flow
