About The Role
This role supports a small payroll team of two, providing administrative support to both the payroll and HR functions. This role will act as an extra set of experienced hands, bringing stability, attention to detail and calm to payroll delivery. Key responsibilities include:
- End to end payroll administration
- Supporting staff with payroll queries.
- General ad hoc HR administration as required, including preparing and issuing variance letters, and MoJ checks etc.
About You
You will ideally be an experienced Payroll Administrator who is comfortable operating in a part time, temporary contract environment. You enjoy being relied on for your accuracy and judgement and are happy to work with minimal supervision. You will ideally bring:
- Solid hands on payroll experience
- A practical, reliable and detail focused approach
- Confidence managing payroll tasks independently
- Willingness to support a wider People and Culture function when needed

- Initial three month temporary contract, likely to extend to six

Interviews are ready to commence immediately. Start date will be approximately two weeks after offer to allow time for IT setup and onboarding.
