- Prepares and organizes documentation needed by Account Officers, including proposals, company profiles, permits, contracts, and accreditation materials.
- Maintains professionalism, integrity, and a positive image when dealing with internal and external clients.
- Participates in quality assurance activities and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
