- Lên ý tưởng và nội dung bài viết trên facebook, page, website theo kế hoạch
- Lên kế hoạch triển khai các tuyến bài post, bài PR và bài post trên fanpage;
- Quản lý, cập nhật các kênh truyền thông đối ngoại của Viện (Website, mạng xã hội);
- Xây dựng nội dung các ấn phẩm truyền thông (Profile, Brochure…);
- Triển khai các công tác truyền thông báo chí
- Phối hợp lên ý tưởng, tổ chức các sự kiện, hoạt động của Viện
- Quản lý dữ liệu thông tin, hình ảnh, phim tư liệu về hoạt động Viện
