We are looking for a motivated Business Development or ERP Sales Specialist with proven experience in B2B enterprise software sales—ideally in ERP, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, or related systems, with a strong focus on Odoo ERP for small to medium-sized businesses.

Role Overview
The ideal candidate will manage the entire sales cycle, including:
- Prospecting and lead generation (cold calling, emailing, networking)
- Conducting meetings, presentations, and product demos (self-prepared)
- Preparing quotations and proposals
- Following up and closing deals
Excellent communication skills, a consultative selling approach, and a strong drive to exceed sales targets are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Execution & Client Relationship Management
- Sell Odoo ERP solutions to increase company profitability and market presence
- Build strong client relationships and manage the full sales cycle from discovery to closure
- Meet and exceed sales targets: weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually
- Explain the value of Odoo ERP to potential customers and promote loyalty to the Azkatech brand
- Conduct meetings, present solutions, and deliver tailored product demos
- Prepare quotations, contracts, delivery estimates, and payment agreements
- Draft and oversee purchase agreements and contracts
- Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and address any issues
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Proactively find and qualify new clients via LinkedIn, company databases, referrals, and networking
- Cold call, email, and engage on social platforms to build a steady pipeline
- Research and understand prospects before making contact
- Reporting & CRM Management
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date with all lead and sales activity
- Track performance metrics: sales volume, margins, pipeline stages
- Submit timely reports on sales activity, contracts, expenses, and commissions
- Strategy & Market Intelligence
- Stay informed on ERP industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities
- Monitor market demands and identify new opportunities for ERP expansion
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create sales strategies and relevant marketing content
To reach your monthly sales goals, daily consistency is key. Activities include:
- 30 phone calls to prospects and clients
- 30 emails (follow-ups, nurturing, outreach)
- 10 social media interactions (LinkedIn invites, likes, shares, messages)
- 15 meaningful conversations per day
- 24 appointments per month
- 3–4 deals closed per month
- Experience: 1-6 years of B2B software sales success, preferably with ERP/CRM solutions.
- Business Acumen: Translate technical features into solutions that resonate with executives.
- Consultative Selling: Focus on uncovering needs and offering value-driven solutions.
- Communication Excellence: Confident presentations and rapport-building written communication.
- Self-driven, Results-oriented: Proactive mindset with a track record of achieving sales goals.
- Odoo Knowledge: A strong advantage (or Zoho, Salesforce, Oracle fusion, SAP, Dynamics)
