
Armstrong Teasdale LLP is seeking a Lateral Associate with employee benefits and executive compensation expertise to join its Corporate Services Group as an Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Associate in our Chicago, Denver, Kansas City, New York City, Philadelphia, St. Louis or Washington DC office. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in reviewing employee benefit plans, agreements and compensation programs for merger and acquisition transactions, as well as assisting in the design, implementation and advising on such programs for businesses and organizations of various sizes and structures.
