We are currently looking for a ServiceNow Developer who will take ownership of key responsibilities related to the development and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, as well as supporting ITSM processes and automation initiatives. We are seeking a technically mature and independent person who can efficiently join an existing environment, ensure its stability, and develop new functionalities.

Responsibilities
- Development and maintenance of solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog)
- Creating and developing integrations with external systems (REST / SOAP)
- Business process automation using Flow Designer
- Supporting ServiceNow deployments and environment maintenance
- Analyzing existing solutions and proposing scalable improvements
- Collaboration with technical and business teams
- Supporting architectural and technological decision-making
- Has experience working with the ServiceNow platform (mid/senior level)
- Has very good knowledge of JavaScript
- Has experience configuring and developing ServiceNow modules (e.g. ITSM, CMDB)
- Understands system integrations (REST API, SOAP)
- Can work independently within an existing environment
- Knows best practices for solution design and process automation
- Is fluent in Arabic and English
- Experience in DevOps / CI/CD
- Knowledge of IntegrationHub and Flow Designer
- Experience with MID Server
- Experience working with cloud platforms (GCP / AWS / Azure)
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
- Experience in iterative product development projects
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g. CSA, CAD)
