Job Summary:

Are you passionate about understanding consumer behavior and translating insights into actionable product improvements? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated researcher to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping product development by designing and executing comprehensive consumer research initiatives. You will leverage both qualitative and quantitative methodologies to uncover deep insights that drive meaningful product decisions. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and industry peers to deliver impactful research that influences the direction of cutting-edge consumer electronics products.

Responsibilities:

- Design and execute primary consumer research using qualitative and quantitative methods
- Own the analysis and reporting delivery of research findings and insights
- Support the product research team by leading in the collaboration of defining research objectives and research projects
- Synthesize primary, secondary, and public research sources to deliver research findings
- Collaborate closely with partners and peers to generate effective research plans to ensure outputs and deliverables are internally actionable
- Compare related competitor applications and products for strengths, weaknesses, user perspective, and actionable insights
- Evaluate new product concepts for usability issues while trying new features or assessing UX design documents

Skills:

- 5+ years of experience doing consumer research, with an emphasis on qualitative techniques including research design, recruiting, interviewing, online platform usage, analysis, video usage, and reporting
- Proficiency using online survey tools such as dscout, Pollfish, and Qualtrics
- Excellent communicator in interviewing and soliciting verbal input
- Experience writing documents for influence
- Solid numerical and data analysis skills
- Bilingual in English and Korean is a plus

Qualifications:

- At least a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with demonstrated technical aptitude
- MBA or other related advanced degree preferred
- Experience in the consumer electronics industry is preferred
- 5+ years of experience in consumer research is required

  • Pay Range*: $48-$52
  • Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
