Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for applying paint and coatings to trucks and trailers, delivering a high-quality finish and enhancing their overall appearance.

The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Spray Painter to join our team at Wales Truck Repairs in Smithfield.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for applying paint and coatings to trucks and trailers, delivering a high-quality finish and enhancing their overall appearance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces, select appropriate paints and materials, and use spray painting techniques to achieve the required finish
- Complete final colour checks and make minor colour adjustments to deliver a high-quality paint finish
- Complete paint work in line with company processes and procedures
- Maintain spray booths, tools and equipment to a safe and efficient standard
- Trade qualified Spray Painter (essential)
- Experience in the collision repair industry (preferred)
- Full Australian working rights and a valid driver’s licence
