- Responsible for organizing the development of new product process technology for consumer electronics， 负责组织消费类电子新产品工艺开发；
- Responsible for equipment evaluation, tooling preparation and production line layout planning required for new consumer electronics product process development， 负责消费类电子产品制程开发需要的设备评估和工装治具准备、生产线布局规划；
- Responsible for the formulation of new consumer electronics product sample process parameters and sample technical support， 负责消费类电子新产品样品工艺参数的制定和样品技术支持；
- Responsible for organizing the preparation of consumer electronics sample WI and PPAP documents， 负责组织消费类电子样品WI的制作，PPAP文件资料的制作；
- Lead the continuous improvement of consumer electronic products, optimize process and reduce cost； 负责主导对消费类电子产品的生产持续改进，优化制程降低成本；
- Responsible for work assignment and assessment of sample process engineers and technicians according to department objectives， 根据部门目标，负责制定下属工程师和技术员的工作分配和考核； 任职要求：
- At least 5 years working experience in wiring harness assembly of consumer electronics, at least 3 years working experience in personnel management， 5年以上消费类电子产品线束装配工作经验,三年以上人员管理经验；
- Proficient in consumer electronics process development and improvement be familiar with CAD, Pro/ E software is preferred. Good command of English both in reading and writing， 精通制程工艺开发、会操作CAD、Pro/e软件优先.具有较强的英语读写和表达能力；
- Strong professional skills, leadership, analytical, innovative and communication skills， 具有很强的专业能力、领导力、分析能力、创新和沟通能力；
- Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit， 很强的责任心、团队精神。
