The role

Adbri is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex capital projects across our operations. This is a key leadership opportunity to manage high value brownfield and greenfield projects, influencing outcomes from early concept through to commissioning and handover. Working closely with senior leaders, multidisciplinary teams and external partners, you will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered safely on time, within budget and aligned to business strategy, while also contributing to the ongoing development of Adbri’s project management capability and a more consistent, mature delivery environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex capital projects, ensuring safe, on time and on budget outcomes
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle, from concept and design through to construction, commissioning and handover
  • Establish and maintain strong project governance, including controls across scope, schedule, cost and risk
  • Manage contracts, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to drive alignment and performance
  • Provide clear reporting to leadership while supporting continuous improvement in project delivery and PMO capability

What You Will Need To Succeed

  • Proven track record delivering complex capital projects valued between $20M and $100M
  • Strong knowledge of project development methodologies, including FEED, and experience across D&C, EPC or EPCM delivery models
  • Advanced project controls capability, including scheduling, cost management, forecasting and reporting
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract management and risk mitigation across project delivery
  • Degree in Engineering (or related discipline) supported by formal project management qualifications or certifications
