该职位来源于猎聘 Job Description: SK hynix Dalian Memory Technology and Manufacturing (DMTM) is high-volume manufacturing memory fab working on advanced edge 3D NAND product. DMTM focus on the success of NAND technology at a greater scale, play a larger role in supporting customers.
Oversees day-to-day activities of contractors on-site and interfaces with customers ensuring services and assets are operated and maintained according to contracted service level agreements.
Works closely with facility occupants ensuring proper maintenance and facility assets are appropriately provided and assigned. Ensures the facility and its procedures comply with all regulations.
Ensures availability, reliability, and maintenance of integrated facility management (i.e. HVAC systems, lighting systems, elevators, building structures, water supply & drainage etc). Supports daily tactical efforts in safety, reliability, and environmental objectives of facilities.
Inspects building structures and campus, performs analysis and forecasting and makes recommendations for repairs or renovations.
Oversees the execution of a portfolio of services contracts establishing a close partnership with suppliers.
Monitors site operational budget and strives to maximize efficiency in all areas.
Develops and helps execute comprehensive change management strategy and communication plan relative to projects and services.
Manages incident response and communications activities. Represents relevant scope areas in infrastructure projects (i.e., from positioning to room acceptance).
Qualifications
Partners with business unit customers and internal customers to provide engineering solutions in support of their equipment and systems. Partners with operations and maintenance service providers to ensure IFM facility systems are maintained and operated within specified limits. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above in related fields. Preferred majors in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Facility/Building Environment Management, Management Science and engineering. Relevant proven experience in Facility Management within a factory campus.
Hands-on experience in conducts system troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implements effective solutions; leads issue resolution to closure.
Strong ability to manage suppliers and establish close strategic partnerships.
Excellent cross-departmental communication skills to interface with business units, internal clients and service providers.
Manages multiple projects/ tasks simultaneously, effectively prioritizes work, and ensures timely achievement of critical milestones. Fluent in written and spoken English. Korean proficiency is a plus.
Proactively adapts to technological and process changes, innovative mindset to the expansion and growth of facilities. Actively contributes to team improvement and knowledge sharing.
