该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： Job Description:
- Operation management analysis eg. Productivity, Production wastage,Variance Cost, Inventory, E&O； 运营管理分析，如生产率、生产浪费、差异成本、库存、E&O；
- Implement internal control & process optimization； 实施内部控制和流程优化；
- Participate the internal audit/control and identify the risk to promote related function to continue improvement； 参与内部审计/控制，识别风险，促进相关职能部门持续改进；
- Monthly financial closing related jobs； 月度财务结算相关工作；
- Participate in strategy planning, auditing 参与战略规划、审计相关工作；
- Ad hoc responsibilities assigned by superior. 上级临时指派的任务。 任职资格： Qualification:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Accounting； 至少拥有财务会计学士学位；
- A minimum of Intermediate Accounting Certificate； 至少持有中级会计证书；
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, manufacturing experience in joint venture enterprise, Vietnam plant preferred. 至少5年会计从业经验，合资企业制造经验，越南工厂相关财务经验优先；
- Be familiar with international accounting and auditing principles, especially with strong analysis ability； 熟悉国际会计和审计准则，尤其是具有很强的分析能力；
- Good logic and analytic thinking, self-driven, willing to learn new things, and able to undergo changes； 逻辑分析思维良好，自我驱动，乐于学习新事物，能够拥抱变化；
- Familiar with ERP financial system, QAD is preferred； 熟悉ERP财务系统，QAD优先；
- Excellent computer skills （eg. Word, excel, PPT.）； 优秀的计算机技能（如Word、Excel、PPT）；
- Good English in both reading and writing； CET6 preferred； 英语读写良好，CET6优先；
- Strong communication and execution skill with strong passion, proactive sense, responsibility, patience and carefulness； 具有较强的沟通与执行能力，有激情、主动意识、责任心、耐心和细心；
- A good team player. 良好的团队合作能力。
