DMTM focus on the success of NAND technology at a greater scale, play a larger role in supporting customers. Job Description: The Hardware Enhancement Center (HEC) Hardware Development Engineer is responsible for:
Building, integrating, and continuously improving HEC spares /component /equipment technical capability, including design, Continuous Improvements Project (CIP), testing, Failure Analysis (FA) and standardization.
Integrate the HEC capability including Electrical, Mechanical and Programing or Auto control area to build a robust system of production SPECs from spares/component to equipment level to lead Factory various technical/cost/productivity activities, such as CIP and Localization/2nd source.
Performs effective communication with a strong result orientation to drive HEC internal and external projects completion.
Performs strong collaboration with factory cross department stakeholders to execute strategies that enable factory to meet business objectives.
Performs HEC business scope expansion and capability development by doing path finding, researching and data analyzing on factory spares /component /equipment related demand.
Responsible for managed project/program being executed in full compliance with safety, integrity, and intellectual property (IP) regulations, and take accountability for successful project outcomes.
Responsible for developing sustainable HEC capability growth plans and support cross-module technical training and knowledge sharing. Qualifications:
Engineering background with 3+ years engineering scope on semiconductor hardware related Electrical, Mechanical, Automation and material working experience.
Experience in semiconductor process equipment (such as Applied Material/Lam), semiconductor process related spares /component research institution/R&D/Lab will be preferred.
Familiar with semiconductor process/device technology and familiar with quality control methodology or system.
Excellent teamwork and strong skills on leadership/ communications/ project management and stakeholder management, ability to lead and execute site-level programs with strong results orientation and strategic thinking.
Strong learning agility, proactive attitude, and resilience when facing challenges, uncertainties, or crisis situations.
Has high standard integrity, self-management, strong safety mindset, willing challenge status quote, and always seek continuous improvement opportunities.
Master’s degree or above in Engineering.
