- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Windows, macOS and Ubuntu knowledge.
- Enthusiastic about assisting others with technical issues.
- Eager to learn in a fun and encouraging working environment.
- It’s a plus if you’ve recently graduated with a technology-related degree, such as IT engineering, systems engineering, or computer science.
- Linux/Unix knowledge is also appreciated.
