Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead AI Acquisition into its next phase of growth and innovation. As CEO, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company, driving operational excellence, and fostering a high-performance culture that embodies our mission of revolutionizing AI-powered business growth.

You will work closely with the executive team and key stakeholders to ensure sustainable growth, financial strength, and market leadership, while inspiring and supporting our global remote team.

  • Oversee all operational, financial, and business activities to ensure scalable and efficient processes.
  • Drive revenue growth by expanding existing programs, establishing new initiatives, and fostering strategic partnerships.
  • Maintain close relationships with investors, partners, and key stakeholders to support funding and growth objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards across all aspects of the business.
  • Represent AI Acquisition at industry events, conferences, and in media, enhancing the company’s brand and market presence.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven track record as a CEO or senior executive in high-growth education businesses, SaaS, tech, marketing, or AI-focused companies.
  • Demonstrated experience leading high-growth startups or scale-ups, especially with remote teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with ability to execute vision effectively.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of AI technologies, marketing agencies, online education companies, and SaaS business models.
  • Financial expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and managing P&L responsibilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships and investor relations.
