Business Development Representative – Entry Level | Remote

We are seeking motivated entry-level Business Development Representatives to join our international sales organization and contribute to the company’s continued global growth.

This role is intended for candidates at the beginning of their sales career. Previous experience is not required; however, strong communication skills, motivation, and willingness to learn are essential.

    • German / Italian / Spanish / Portuguese / French
Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across international markets
  • Communicate with small and medium-sized business clients
  • Support the development of a sustainable sales pipeline
  • Manage client communication via calls, emails, and virtual meetings
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Assist clients with inquiries and account-related processes

Requirements

  • Entry-level candidates are welcome; no prior sales experience required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High motivation to develop a career in sales and business development
  • Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
  • Responsibility, discipline, and a proactive mindset
  • Fluency in English and one additional European language
