We are now seeking an exceptional Marketing Leader to strengthen our customer-centric model, elevate engagement, and drive scalable, measurable growth.
Your Role:
- Define and execute Atlante’s global marketing strategy in alignment with corporate and growth priorities.
- Elevate Customer Experience and Customer Intelligence, enabling proactive engagement and frictionless journeys.
- Lead and coordinate marketing across Italy, France, Spain, and Portugal, ensuring consistent brand positioning and local market relevance.
- Strengthen our digital strategy, leveraging mobile and online platforms to enhance user experience and conversion.
- Design and manage customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty initiatives, including targeted offers and strategic partnerships.
- Partner with commercial teams to support sales enablement, demand generation, and partner development.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Technology to integrate digital solutions into the charging ecosystem and the myAtlante platform.
- Monitor performance and customer KPIs, translating insights into strategic actions that improve usage, satisfaction, and overall business impact.
What you bring:
- Proven track record in building or scaling customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty platforms in hands-on and high-growth contexts.
- Senior marketing leadership experience in international environments, with measurable transformational impact.
- Deep expertise in Customer Experience, Customer Intelligence, and Digital Marketing.
- Background in sectors such as Food Retail, B2B Services, Digital Solutions, or e‑Mobility.
- Strong analytical mindset, strategic vision, and the ability to lead and inspire multicultural teams.
- Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.

Through the company's loyalty program, EV drivers earn Green Gems for every green kilowatt-hour charged, which can be converted into credits for future charging.
