We seek a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our Therapy Team, supporting pupils with communication difficulties, autism, developmental delays, trauma, and ADHD.

  • Provide high-quality psychological support to enhance classroom learning and pastoral care.
  • Design and deliver staff training on neurodiversity-affirming approaches and therapeutic interventions.
  • Lead formulation and develop tailored interventions such as mindfulness, CBT, and DBT (excluding ABA), collaborating closely with education staff.
  • Assess pupils' needs, evaluate outcomes, and promote inclusion, self-esteem, and independence.
  • Develop and implement a coordinated approach to emotional wellbeing across the school, supporting EHCP goals and contributing to reviews.
  • Maintain professional standards with HCPC registration and stay current with developments in clinical psychology.

This full or part-time role offers up to £44,738.50 annually, with benefits including pension, on-site parking, and staff discounts.
