About the Program:

The HVAC CO-OP Training Program is a structured 6-months development journey designed for Engineering students to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world application.

The program is delivered through progressive training phases, providing exposure to key functions including HVAC fundamentals, system design, field operations, maintenance, and commercial practices. Participants will gain hands-on experience across different teams, supported by professional mentorship and real project involvement.

Requirements:

• Final-year student in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 2.5/4.0 or 3.5/5.0.
• The CO-OP training must be part of the applicant’s graduation requirements.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Applicants should hold Saudi nationality.
