We’re looking for a creative and proactive Senior Communications and Events Specialist to support T Hub’s internal and external communication efforts at T-Mobile. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working across multiple formats and channels to promote internal initiatives and employee engagement.
WHAT TASKS AWAIT YOU?
- Full ownership of T Hub Town Hall meetings, including presentation development, venue booking, rehearsal coordination, host confirmation, and collaboration with external agencies,
- Preparing various internal presentations to support leadership and team initiatives,
- Managing the internal newsletters: visual design, content editing, proofreading, distribution, and performance tracking,
- Optimizing the internal T Hub website/intranet, including content creation, updates, and visual enhancements,
- Organizing internal events such as Christmas parties, large team gatherings, and smaller team-building meetings,
- Creating engaging content for T Hub’s external communications on T-Mobile’s social media channels (e.g. reels, copywriting), and supporting employee advocacy initiatives,
- Developing content for internal communication channels, including newsletters, visuals, and updates shared across T-Mobile employee platforms.
- Responsibility for T Hub’s internal communications from scratch – leading projects from strategic perspective to operational execution.
WHAT SKILLS WILL BE APPRECIATED?
- Minimum 5 years of experience in communications area,
- Proven experience in a corporate environment,
- Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills,
- Very good knowledge of visual tools (PowerPoint, Canva),
- Experience in copywriting and content creation for internal and external communication,
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to work independently,
- English proficiency at B2+/C1 level (written and spoken),
- German language skills will be considered an asset.
