Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse with EPIC experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care while adhering to all established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• 
  
• Provide patient-centered nursing care in accordance with best practices.
  
• Document patient information effectively using EPIC EMR.
  
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient management.
  
• Monitor patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team.
  
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  

Schedule

This is a full-time position with a schedule of 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 
  
• Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
  
• EPIC experience is required.
  
• Previous nursing experience preferred.
